The Search for Everything is the seventh studio album by American singer-songwriter and guitarist John Mayer, released on April 14, 2017, through Columbia Records. Recorded over three years at the legendary Capitol Studios, the album is a deeply introspective project that Mayer describes as a meditation on the complexities of moving on and getting older.
