Olivia Dean's sophomore album arrives as one of the most anticipated soul records of 2025, and it delivers. Drawing from funk, classic soul, and contemporary pop, Dean crafts something warm and unhurried — the kind of record that rewards repeated listens. With a Discogs community rating of 4.8/5 from over 100 collectors, the consensus is clear: this one holds up.
Released on Capitol Records UK in partnership with Polydor Label Group, this pressing carries serious production pedigree — co-produced by Leon Michels (a soul revival heavyweight known for his work with Sharon Jones and Lee Fields) alongside a roster of sharp collaborators including Aqualung and Julian Bunetta. It's a proper studio album built for vinyl playback.
