Rock Believer is the nineteenth studio album by German rock band Scorpions, released on 22 February 2022 (UK) and 25 February 2022 elsewhere. It is the band's first studio album with drummer Mikkey Dee (who replaced James Kottak in 2016) and their first in seven years since Return to Forever (2015). Rock Believer marked the Scorpions' return to their hard rock roots — leaner, heavier, and more urgent than much of their post-90s output. Produced by Hans-Martin Buff alongside the band, the album leans into classic Scorpions territory: driving riffs, soaring vocals from Klaus Meine, and the kind of anthemic songwriting that made them legends. The Discogs community has responded warmly, with a 4.2/5 rating across over 50 reviews — strong for a 2022 release from a legacy act.

This is the Target-exclusive limited edition pressing, which includes a bonus slip mat — a nice extra that standard pressings don't include. It's a single LP on black vinyl, and the limited nature of this retail exclusive means it surfaces less frequently on the secondary market than the standard edition. The sticker code 2438808113 confirms authenticity for collectors tracking specific pressings. Recorded at Peppermint Park Studios, Hannover, Germany. Mixed at Hansa Mix Room, Berlin, Germany. Mastered at LimeTreeStudios, Germany. A Vertigo Berlin release under exclusive license to Universal Music GmbH. Made in Germany. Play at 33 RPM.
